Catholic Charities of Central Texas Immigration
Provides legal assistance on immigration matters; $35 initial consultation fee includes a review of client eligibility for immigration benefits. Call 512-651-6125 to make an appointment.

American Gateways
Handles immigration matters including, but not limited to, asylum, VAWA petitions, citizenship, family-based visa petitions, detainees rights, TPS for Hondurans and immigrant victims of crime. Call 512-478-0546 ext. 200 to make an appointment.

Refugee and Immigrant Center for Education and Legal Services
Provides immigration-related legal services for asylum seekers, unaccompanied minors, immigration detainees, and victims of domestic violence, crime, and human trafficking. Call 210-226-7722 to make an appointment

St. Mary’s University School of Law, Center for Legal and Social Justice
Offers liited legal assistance through the law school’s three clinics: Civil Justice Clinic, Criminal Justice Clinic, and Immigration and Human Rights Clinic; cannot handle cases requiring immediate attention. Call 210-431-2596.

Dispute Resolution Center
Provides mediation services in family law matters or community disputes for a nominal fee. Call 512-371-0033.

St. Mary’s University School of Law, Center for Legal and Social Justice
Offers limited legal assistance through the law school’s three clinics: Civil Justice Clinic, Criminal Justice Clinic, and Immigration and Human Rights Clinic; cannot handle cases requiring immediate attention. Call 210-431-2596.

Equal Justice Center
Provides free legal assistance to low-income persons seeking enforcement of wage and employment rights regardless of citizenship or immigration status. Call 512-474-0007.

Austin Tenants Council

Offers information and education on housing discrimination, tenant-landlord issues and housing repair and rehabilitation; refers callers seeking legal assistance to Legal Aid or lawyer refferal services. Call 512-474-1961.

Travis County Domestic Relations Office

Assists custodial parents with the collection of child support payments, enforcement of delinquent child support or visitation orders, jail release for child support violations, and Guardian Ad Litems. Call 512-854-9696.

VLS/TRLA (Volunteer Legas Services of Central Texas)
